We are so excited for you to begin Orientation Week! There is a lot of information here and we understand that this time is overwhelming so we would encourage you to make quiet time to read through this information and don’t hesitate to ask questions.

Please review this page carefully as there is very important information included. We are receiving updates frequently and will communicate with you and update this page as needed.

Olive View EMR Training - you may have done this in your MedHub onboarding. If so, you don't need to do it again!
NRP Online Training Pre-Course Test

Please note that during all orientation activities that happen in-person, you are expected to wear a mask/face covering. Masks are distributed at hospital locations, but you will be expected to have your own cloth face covering in other locations.

Megan will be on campus 6/16 to give you your parking hang tag for Santa Monica-UCLA (this does not include MedPeds)! She will meet you at Station 3 - COVID Testing.
