The 13th Annual UCLA CDI Symposium
The Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Child Health

The symposium aims to promote Pediatric research and highlight the scholarly research work of our Pediatric Subspecialty Fellows. As part of the academic scholarly activity expected of our fellows, there are specific activities required for the CDI symposium. Please review the requirements, due dates, and information below/attached. 

Attendance is MANDATORY

Submissions are REQUIRED

1st Year Fellow

  • Attend keynote lecture and poster session

  • Submit a research proposal abstract for research planned or recently started

  • Submit abstracts (Deadline 4/03/26)

2nd/3rd year fellow

  • Attend main program of the Symposium and present at the poster session

    • Two 2nd year fellows and two 3rd year fellows will be selected based on their abstract submission for a 5-minute oral presentation during the Main Symposium

  • Submit an abstract and a poster highlighting your research progress to date

  • Abstract (Deadline 4/03/26)

  • Posters (Deadline 5/04/26)
